Every year we offer a variety of annual and academic planners. With a range of interior planning styles and size formats in our newest and bestselling cover designs, Paperblanks planners are great tools to help you get organized and stay on track.
Interior Formats
We know that switching planners in January doesn’t work for everyone. That’s why we offer planners in an 18-month format beginning in July 2026 and ending in December 2027. These 18-month agendas are perfect for students, teachers, and anyone else who wants to start planning their year in advance.
For our 2027 planners we’ve slightly increased the line spacing on the planning pages and removed the hour markers from the vertical and daily interiors, to allow more flexibility in lifestyle and planning types

Sizes & Formats
Because everyone’s style of organization is different, we offer a wide variety of formats (including the special maxi size) for our planners.
Binding
Smyth Sewn Binding
We take the durability of our products seriously and bind all our books using the sturdy yet incredibly flexible Smyth sewn technique. In the classic art of bookmaking, the sewing together of signatures (paper folded into groups of eight, sixteen or thirty-two pages) is seen as the heart of a well-made book, and we have followed this tradition in creating Paperblanks books.

Back Cover Pouch
A no-fuss pocket inside the back cover can hold loose papers or important notes while you’re on the go.

Ribbon Markers
Every planner comes standard with two satin ribbon markers, meaning you can make plans for today while setting your sights on a future date as well.

Endpapers
We are proud to give credit to the talented individuals and artistic movements that have inspired our designs. The back endpaper of every book contains credit and copyright information, as well as a fascinating historical background for the original artwork.

Name Plate
At the front of every planner is a place for you to mark your name and emergency contact information, just in case something should happen to either you or your book.

Elastic Closure
Beginning with our 2025 planners, all softcover Flexi planners will include an elastic closure, which expands to fit your needs as you fill your planner over time.
Supplementary Pages
For 2027 we have an exciting new change to our daily planner interiors. The address book inserts (or section, in the softcovers) have been removed and replaced with new, more contemporary supplementary content. These pages include goal setting, habit tracking, motivational quotes, and more space for notes.
Paper
Paper Quality
Inside every Paperblanks planner is paper in an eye-pleasing cream colour. The opacity of our planner pages ranges from 80 gsm to 100 gsm, depending on the format, and specific paper weight information can be found on the individual product pages.
Paper Sourcing
Considering the environmental impacts of doing business is important to us. That’s why all of our paper is derived from sustainable forest pulp, our binder boards are made with 100% recycled materials andour paper is printed on acid-free,sustainable forest paper.
